Two of Boise’s downtown restaurants are preparing for the limited service that indoor dining will ultimately bring during the pandemic.
Fork and ÀLAVITA have added two new air purification systems in preparation for the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
“Now more than ever we find it important to keep staff and guests safe and healthy. As the demand for dining inside increases in the coming months, the purification systems were added in an effort to keep the air in both restaurants as safe as possible,” said Owner Cameron Lumsden. “These air purification systems reinforce our commitment to a healthier dining out environment during a worldwide pandemic.”
The restaurants added Global Plasma Solutions Needlepoint Ionization Units and the Five Seasons True HEPA Air Purifiers with UV light and photocatalytic filters.
