Fork’s Essential Wine Club

If there’s one thing we learned in 2020, it’s that WINE. IS. ESSENTIAL, as if we didn’t already know, right?

We’d like to introduce ‘Fork’s Essential Wine Club’ with three different membership levels… for you or that special someone who is so hard to shop for. And not to brag, but Fork has been given the ‘Award of Excellence’ by Wine Spectator nine years in a row! So we do know a thing or two about good wine. The best part? All the wines will be from Idaho, Oregon, and Washington… keeping it local and regional.

- Receive 3 bottles per Quarter (January, April, August & December)
- $65 per membership
- No Fees or Yearly Dues, and you may cancel your membership at any time after the first year
- 5% off 1^st & 2^nd tier bottles of wine purchased at Fork when dining at the restaurant
- Tasting notes on all wines with a suggested food pairing from Chef
- Available in All Red or 2 Red & 1 White

Choice
- Receive 3 bottles Monthly
- $65 per membership
- No Fees or Yearly Dues, and you may cancel your membership at any time after the first year
- 10% off 1^st & 2^nd tier bottles of wine purchased at Fork when dining at the restaurant
- First right of refusal to any wine/beer food pairing dinners at Fork
- Available in All Red or 2 Red & 1 White

Prime
- Receive 6 bottles Monthly or Quarterly
- $135 per membership
- No Fees or Yearly Dues, and you may cancel your membership at any time after the first year
- 15% off 1^st & 2^nd tier bottles of wine purchased at Fork when dining at the restaurant
- First right of refusal to any wine/beer food pairing dinners at Fork
- Available in 4 Red & 2 White

The Particulars

Credit Cards will be processed the second Sunday of every month before wine pick-up. Quarterly Membership will be the second Sunday of January, April, August & December.
Membership wines will be available for pick-up on the second Monday of every month. Quarterly members will be able to pick up wines on the second Monday of January, April, August & December.

I accept that it is my responsibility to notify the restaurant of any change of address, telephone number, email, or credit card at least two weeks before scheduled wine fulfillment.
